Are children or dogs welcome?
Yes, well-behaved children and leashed dogs are welcome. Please be vigilant as we are near a busy street. Due to the size of our tasting room, dogs are not allowed inside, (they may join you inside to order).
Do you sell beer to-go?
Guest bottles & limited growlers are available to-go.
Do you sell food?
We sell snacks and host food trucks as often as possible. Please check our instagram for this week’s offerings. You may bring in outside food at anytime.
Do you offer flights or tasters?
No, we feel our beer is best represented in larger pour sizes that we know leads to a better drinking experience for our customers.
Why is there so much foam on my beer?
Foam is an integral part of quality beer service, aromatics, and flavor. We wouldn’t give you anything less.
What does your logo mean?
Before the use of electricity, brewers in the Czech Republic would use a svijcka (candle) to check the clarity of their beers in fermentation or conditioning. The svijcka was also used to serve as a warning sign of an abundance of CO2 in the cellar. We think of our logo as a symbol for the illumination of lesser-known beer styles and processes that inspire us endlessly.
Why are some of your beers listed as “inspired”?
We do this out of respect to the brewers who have paved the way in those style-specific regions. More info here: About Us

Our wine selection is available to-go.

Yes, our parking lot is located at 914 S Broad St, 27101 - limited street parking available. Bike rack available on our patio.
